Returns & Exchanges

At GYM SETS, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your gym gear in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
